fd88 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Guidelines

Access to fd88's services is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. The act of registering an account on fd88, making a deposit, or placing any bet constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any applicable supplementary rules that may be published on specific product pages, promotion pages, or via account notifications.

These Terms apply to all users of fd88 regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application associated with the fd88 brand. Pakistani players using fd88 are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in addition to these Terms. fd88 does not provide legal advice on the legality of online gaming in specific locations — players bear sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform is permitted under the rules applicable to them.

To register and use fd88 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fd88 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any deposits returned after verification.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal use, not as an agent or on behalf of any business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of fd88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously had an account on fd88 that was closed for breach of these Terms.

fd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd88 account credentials — your username and password. fd88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact fd88 support immediately at support@fd88.cash.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally performed those actions, unless you have notified fd88 of unauthorised access prior to the activity occurring. fd88 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

You must keep the contact information on your fd88 account up to date. An outdated mobile number or email address may prevent you from receiving important account notifications or from completing the account verification process. You can update your contact details via the account settings section of your fd88 dashboard.

fd88 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 2 hours under standard conditions. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2 to 4 business hours on working days.
• Transaction fees: fd88 does not charge transaction fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are beyond fd88's control.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. fd88 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000.
• Declined transactions: fd88 is not responsible for transactions declined by your payment provider. Contact your bank or mobile money provider directly in such cases.

Bets placed on fd88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. These rules are published on the relevant sport or game page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule prevails for matters relating to that specific event.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation notification from fd88. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed — do not assume otherwise.
• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per bet selection for most markets. Some specialist markets carry a Rs 100 minimum — this is displayed on the market card before you confirm.
• Void bets: fd88 may void bets in circumstances including event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to technical error, or match abandonment before completion criteria are met. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to odds at the time of placement. fd88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. If your bet was not confirmed before suspension, it has not been placed.
• Obvious pricing errors: fd88 may cancel bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, regardless of whether the error was noticed at the time of placement. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.

fd88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in full on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for the personal, recreational use of the player to whom they are awarded.
• The standard minimum wagering requirement before a bonus can be withdrawn is 1× the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry higher wagering requirements — these are always displayed prominently on the promotion page before you opt in.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• fd88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or wagering patterns designed to avoid risk while completing a wagering requirement.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Existing players who create a second account to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of these Terms.
• fd88 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the promotions page and, where material, via account notification.

The fd88 Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR rewards for introducing new players to the platform. Full programme details including tier structure, reward amounts, and qualifying criteria are published on the Refer a Friend page.

• Referral rewards are only credited when the referred player is a genuinely new fd88 user who has not previously held an account on the platform.
• The referred player must make a first qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration using the referrer's unique link or code.
• Referral bonuses earned through manipulation — including self-referral via a second account or incentivising deposits using funds provided by the referrer — are subject to forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Referral rewards are credited within 2 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. They carry a 1× wagering requirement before withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fd88 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on fd88 for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, create accounts, or interact with fd88 in a non-human manner.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public at the time of placing.
• Laundering money or using fd88 for any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users, the fd88 server infrastructure, or any part of the platform beyond what is accessible to a standard registered user.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the fd88 platform to gain an unfair advantage or to extract value. If you encounter a technical error, report it to support@fd88.cash immediately.
• Systematically arbitraging odds between fd88 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate betting.

All content on the fd88 platform — including but not limited to the fd88 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, odds data, and written content — is the intellectual property of fd88 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use fd88's intellectual property for commercial purposes or outside the scope of normal personal use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any fd88 content without prior written permission from fd88. Unauthorised use of the fd88 brand or content for promotional, commercial, or misleading purposes is a breach of these Terms and may be pursued legally.

fd88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using fd88, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fd88 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest. Your payment information is handled via certified payment processors and is not stored directly on fd88 servers beyond what is required for transaction verification and anti-fraud purposes.

fd88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by applicable law or by the terms of our payment processing agreements.

fd88 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be a source of entertainment and that players should always be in control of their activity on the platform. The following tools are available to all registered fd88 players and can be activated at any time via account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your fd88 account.

Upon closure of a standard account in good standing, any remaining balance (subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing time.

fd88 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a law enforcement instruction, or for any other reason at fd88's sole discretion. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fd88 may retain any bonus funds in the account and may withhold the return of deposited funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fd88's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fd88 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond fd88's reasonable control including power outages, telecommunications failures, or natural events.
• Errors in odds resulting from data feed failures where bets are voided and stakes returned in full.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

fd88 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fd88 will notify registered players via email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently by law or regulatory requirement. The updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of fd88 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the change takes effect.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and fd88 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether written or oral. The Terms are written in English and the English version takes precedence in any dispute over interpretation.
